My name is Heidi and I custom design delicious cakes and cookies for any special occasion that will be the talk of the party. I work with my clients’  theme, color scheme, or other design inspiration to create a one-of-a-kind edible work of art that tastes as good as it looks.

I have been decorating cakes since my first daughter turned 1.  My first cake used a Wilton shape pan and a star tip! I am a mechanical engineer by degree, but retired before my third daughter was born. It was then that I started taking cake baking and decorating more seriously. I picked up cookie decorating about 10 years later.  I am, in part, self taught, but have also had the opportunity to learn from some of the world's best. I enjoy using my engineering skills to make gravity defying cakes and other structurally challenging works of art.
